LeapForGood (LFG) is a year-long programme initiated and organised by the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE) to inspire innovation in addressing emerging social needs through social entrepreneurship. The current run of this programme (May 16 – May 17) focuses on two themes – Eldercare and Mental Health. A human-centred design approach and community partnerships feature strongly in the programme. Participants go through a series of workshops, consultation clinics, mentoring sessions, and eventually pitch at the Demo Day to secure funding of up to $100K per social enterprise and a place in the incubation programme to develop their social enterprise venture ideas.
Applications for LeapForGood 2016 has closed – but do stay tuned for LeapForGood 2017.
